A flipped classroom is one where instructional model that uses instructional videos watched outside of the classroom as the primary delivery format for content with class time reserved for interaction and discovery learning. This means you can give more time in the classroom to have the students ask question and do activity to help them learn the lesson. This is a great way for teachers for management of time, they can make sure they go over all the major points without rushing.   It is very important to have classroom where everyone can learn. With technology this makes that easier. Students with special needs can text - to speech or a program to help them speak to you and other students. Students with learning disabilities can use recorded books it help them keep up with the class. I have actually used books on record before because I am dyslexic so through school my teachers have had available to me these types of resources. I have used digital books that read the book to you. I feel like the most challenging part of these adaptive technologies would be not having enough money to have them in the classroom. Or how fast technology changes     How I would use powerpoint to support Bloom's Taxonomy would be start off the power point with slides explaining the information and lesson.      The Web 2.0 tool I think that is the most helpful would be Youtube because you are able to look up any video to help you with your teaching. There is pretty much a video for everything now days. Even students can use Youtube to help them with instruction, not every student will understand the topic at first, they can look up a video and get a second instruction. I am not sure about the use of Wiki because might be a little too confusing for students to use and it might not be a creditable resource.       Delicious seems like a wonderful site for sharing, finding, and storing web links. This seems like a great tool for teachers because they are constantly looking up on the internet new material to teach.
