The Web 2.0 tool I think that is the most helpful would be Youtube because you are able to look up any video to help you with your teaching. There is pretty much a video for everything now days. Even students can use Youtube to help them with instruction, not every student will understand the topic at first, they can look up a video and get a second instruction. I am not sure about the use of Wiki because might be a little too confusing for students to use and it might not be a creditable resource.
Delicious seems like a wonderful site for sharing, finding, and storing web links. This seems like a great tool for teachers because they are constantly looking up on the internet new material to teach. With all these web search it might get hard to remember the links to all these sites. https://del.icio.us
I believe the biggest promise in education would be personal learning environment because students will be able to learn at their own pace and the lesson plan can be changed to fit their own needs. I believe that this can be utilized by having a time in the week where students get to use the computer and learn a lesson and do activities to go along with it. As a teacher you could check the progress of the students and see which student do better with this learning style and which ones don't.
